Instructions to make Dal Tadka:

  1. Split pigeon pea (toor dal/arhar dal) soaked, drained and boiled with enough water and Split Bengal gram (chana dal) soaked, drained and boiled with enough water…Heat ghee in a non-stick pan and add cumin seeds.
