- Soak urad daal for 2 hours. After that grind well with just 1 or 2 spoons of water..
- Add chopped onion, chopped curry leaves, chopped green chilli, chopped coriander leaves, crushed pepper corns, and salt..
- Mix well and whisk till batter becomes fluffy..
- Heat oil in kadai. Apply water on your fingers and take batter, with other hand to make hole..
- Now drop in oil and cook till both sides seems crisp. Oil should be medium hot..
- When done take out in plate and serve with freshly made coconut chutney..
