Steps to make Sambhar recipe:

  1. Wash and soak Dal for 30 minutes.
  2. Add the soaked Dal to a pressure cooker and then add water. Then add in turmeric powder. Add two drops of oil in Dal to avoid water oozing out. And then cover the cooker and cook for 4-5 whistles on medial medium flame..

  8. Then add in the cooked dal and add some water, salt and mix it well..
